Rules and Regulations

1. Winner must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Winner will be drawn on December 17th, 2008.
3. Winner does not need to be present to win.
4. Winner must be a first-time homebuyer or homeowner. Proof of status may be required.
5. No personal information will be given out to any third parties.
6. No purchase is necessary to register.
7. Only one entry per person.
8. Only one prize will be awarded.
9. Award is non-refundable.
10. No employee or member of the Association will be eligible to enter and/or win the award.
11. The Association will have final control of the release of the award.
12. Winner acknowledges with acceptance the tax responsibilities associated with the value of the award.
13. The Association reserves the right to add any other terms, conditions, and/or limitations that may apply provided proper notice is given to the winner.
14. Prize provided by the Rockford Area Association of REALTORS® , WZOK, Q98.5 and Joe Cooling and Sons.
